Creamery Site Castlecomer

Brian Dunlop Architects have recently submitted a planning application for a 5,000 SqM mixed use development on the former Creamery Site in Castlecomer, Kilkenny.  This development will include new vehicular & pedestrian accesses into and through the site along with retail, office, and residential accommodation.  Designed as an extension to the centre of Castlecomer the development will include the renovation of an existing Mill Building (Protected Structure) and the new accommodation will be provided in six new buildings between two and four stories in height.
