St. Paul’s Square Adelaide Road Glenageary Co Dublin

Brian Dunlop Architects have overseen construction of this new executive residential development on Adelaide Road Glenageary on behalf of our client Torca Homes.  The project consists of renovation and restoration St. Paul’s Parochial Hall, a Protected Structure, into two bespoke dwellings along with the construction of an additional nine dwelling houses over basement car park. 

The new dwellings are of distinctly modern aesthetic in juxtaposition to the renovated Parochial Hall.  Construction was completed in late 2020.
