Pair of private houses, Kilkenny City

This project consisted of the design and delivery of a pair of contemporary houses on a very constrained urban site.  The site constraints informed the designs- the flat roofs by the heights of adjoining properties, the window positions to avoid overlooking, and the built forms to accommodation the differing 3 & 5 bedroom brief requirements.  Clean crips lines are maintained throughout with overhangs, insets, and projections adding visual interest as well as cover and protection where required.
